Trix

Terms and Community Rules

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Trix and its online services. By using online features, you agree to follow them.

1. Using Trix

Trix is a four-player card game provided by Shapeless Games. You may play offline without an account. Online play requires an eligible, verified account and a supported version of the app.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Do not share sign-in tokens or attempt to access another person's account.

2. Community rules

When using profiles, avatars, invitations, and voice chat, do not:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, shame, or target another person.
  • Use hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
  • Share private information, passwords, sign-in tokens, or another person's personal data.
  • Spam, advertise without permission, solicit money, or distribute scams or malicious links.
  • Upload an avatar that you do not have the right to use.
  • Encourage self-harm, exploitation, abuse, or dangerous or unlawful conduct.

3. Fair play and service integrity

Do not cheat, coordinate hidden information, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate matchmaking or advertising, interfere with another player's connection, reverse engineer protected online services, or attempt to bypass security, moderation, entitlement, or rate-limit controls.

4. Player content

You keep ownership of content you provide, such as a display name or avatar. You give Shapeless Games a limited permission to host, process, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Trix.

Voice chat is transmitted to participants in the current match. Do not use voice chat to share content that violates these rules.

5. Reporting, muting, and moderation

Use the in-app report action for abusive players or profiles, and mute a voice participant when needed. Reports may include relevant account and match information so they can be investigated.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, remove, or permanently delete an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect players, comply with law, or secure the service. Repeated or severe violations may lead to immediate action.

6. Optional ads and entitlements

Some features may be supported by advertising or optional entitlements. Availability, quantities, and eligibility may vary by platform, app version, account, and service configuration. Entitlements have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be corrected if a reward or transaction cannot be verified.

7. Service availability and changes

Online features depend on compatible devices, networks, third-party services, and server availability. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or game balance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Account deletion

You can request deletion from your online profile or through the account deletion page. The Privacy Policy explains the related data handling and limited retention that may be legally or operationally required.

9. Responsibility

Trix is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Shapeless Games is not responsible for indirect losses caused by network failures, third-party services, device problems, or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game, its online services, or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.

11. Contact
